Seabreeze Holiday Park offers a range of accommodation types to suit all budgets, from fully self-contained chalets and comfort cabins to Cowree Lodge for backpackers with doubles/twin/share/dorm beds and motor home/tent sites. We have a small shop with basic grocery items available and fish-cleaning facilities for your catch of the day! Pets welcome by prior arrangement. Children's playground, guest phone line, internet, Wifi,  beach volleyball and studio gym on site. Free bikes, BBQs, and spades to dig your own spa at Hotwater Beach! (low tide times available). We are an official Intercity bus stop and Go Kiwi shuttle, Hahei explorer / Glass bottom boat + Cathedral Cove Kayaking booking agents.

All chalets have their own kitchen with microwave, bathroom, secure safe, TV and private deck overlooking the Coromandel Ranges with chairs for lounging in the sun and observing the abundant bird life.

Kiwi Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 -9 comfortably.

Previously our dairy shed, we have completely revamped and purpose-built the extension to create accommodation for 24 guests in 7 bedrooms. The lodge has a pleasant, sunny lounge with easy access to a large covered outdoor area with BBQs, a large self-catering kitchen and separate dining with panoramic rural views, separate male / female bathrooms, all accessible. Book exchange,games, laundry, free bikes,dvd's/videos,snorkel gear, gym workout. Internet (fee applies) all available.

Doubles, twin, quads, family and dorm rooms. We are BBH members.

Our sites are spacious and tranquil with awesome rural views. Dump station.  NEW amenities building just for campers(09) includes separate male/female bathrooms/large kitchen/recreational room/laundry.
